WHO WE ARE
T’ROKA is a website operated by Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd (Company No. 197501001345 (23070-H) | KPK/LN1610), located at Block 15 & 17-M, Jalan Medan Setia 1, Plaza Damansara, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.
We are a travel agent in Malaysia with IATA number 20300394 and an active member of the Malaysian Association of Travel Agents (MATTA). Our license with the Ministry of Tourism (MOTAC) allows us to operate Inbound (domestic), Outbound and Ticketing.
Our website address is https://www.troka.co/ and it allows you to gain access to the services offered on the Website, as well as the T’ROKA VIP Club (“Membership”).
This page explains the Terms & Conditions of our Membership (“T&Cs”).
If you do not agree to the T&Cs, please do not use our website. T’ROKA may at any time change these T&Cs and your continued use of this website is conditioned upon acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
MEMBERSHIP
To enjoy the benefits of T’ROKA, you must register with us by creating a free Membership account on https://www.troka.co/vip-club/. By registering, you are entitled to access the Membership benefits.
In order to create a Membership account, you must enter your full name, email address, and mobile number. You can create and hold only one (1) Membership account associated with an email address.
There are no obligations and any sign-up or hidden fee for the Membership.
By submitting your registration for the Membership, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The T&Cs are made between you as a client and T’ROKA which governs your Membership to the website.
The Membership may not be used for any business or commercial purpose and we may refuse to create an account for any of those reasons.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
As a member, you will be offered different benefits based on the Membership tier, as set out below:
(a) Classic Membership — from your 1st T’ROKA booking
(b) Signature Membership —> from your 2nd T’ROKA booking
(c) Prestige Membership —> from your 11th T’ROKA booking
T’ROKA may change the Membership benefits at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to you.
TERM
The term of your Membership shall commence from the date of registration or sign-up of your Membership, which shall remain valid for a lifetime unless a request to terminate Membership is submitted.
MARKETING AND PROGRAM-RELATED COMMUNICATIONS
By registering for the Membership, you have consented to be automatically subscribed to receive T’ROKA and/or Holiday Tours & Travel marketing and product & promo related communications.
You may opt out of our marketing and product & promo-related communications at any time by contacting us or by unsubscribing to any of our emails. After opting out of these communications, your Membership remains valid and you will only receive information and updates related to your Membership.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
We have the right, immediately and without notice, to restrict, suspend or terminate your Membership for any of the following reasons at any time if in the sole determination of T’ROKA, that:
(a) you have breached any of the provisions contained in this T&Cs;
(b) you have participated and/or use the Membership Benefits to participate in any unlawful or fraudulent activity;
You may terminate your Membership at any time by sending an email to troka@holidaytours.com.my with the words “T’ROKA Membership Cancellation” in your email subject line.
CHANGES TO THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
We may update these T&Cs in the future. We will notify you about material changes to these T&CS by placing a notice on our website.
